Here is the draft design for the new orienteering Gear Contract that we are in the process of negotiating with Trimtex.The contract will run for 3 years, and provide access to top of the range gear at a substantial discount.

ReplyDeleteWell done on getting this moving. Just a few things on the design:
No IOA logo (and maybe NIOA?)
No Irish Sports council Logo(Our biggest sponsor)
Can we use a fresher Shamrock? It seems a little dated, how about asking these (www.tourismireland.com)for permission to use their version, as it is possibly the best out there at the moment?
I know they are not going to sponsor the team, but it could help create a bit of goodwill between B.F. and the IOA/NIOA in these hard times. Could be very handy down the line when we do go and look for support in the future(JK2011).
It has the added advantage of being an agreed all Ireland symbol, so no toes being stepped on!!
