The 28th world orienteering champs kicks off this week and international elite orienteers are gathering in the Savoire for what promises to be a memorable week all round!
Most of the Irish team are now in France and finishing off preparations before the real test of qualification races commences on Saturday the 13th of August. Once again the Irish team will have great support from friends and family in France who will be taking part in the WOC tour multi day event that uses the same terrains and arena as the WOC runners (afterwards!). You can keep upto speed with all the Irish results and craic on the Irish WOC blog where we hope to have daily progress updates.
